I Encountered An Error During My Quiz/Test

If for any reason you encounter an error during your Quiz or Test, you must first contact your instructor.

We cannot reset your quiz/test for you unless we have permission from your instructor. We recommend using e-mail and copying Online Course Technical Support on the request.

Test reset permission may also be granted by the instructor contacting tech support directly via phone or e-mail.

In order to prevent encountering any errors, there are a few precautions you can take:

1. Ensure that you have a reliable internet connection. If your internet drops while you are in the midst of an assessment, it is likely your answers will not be saved and you will be unable to re-access your quiz/test.

2. Do not close out of your assessment while you are taking it.

3. If you are using a MAC track pad, swiping to the left or right may cause the test to automatically finish and submit depending on instructor settings.

4. Save your answers as you are going through your quiz/test.
