Zoom Troubleshooting Tips

Follow these instructions exactly, you should be able to login to Zoom successfully using your UA account:

Zoom App

Zoom Web

  • To sign in to your Zoom account in a web browser, visit UA: Zoom
  • Select "Sign in"
  • Sign in with your myBama credentials

NOTE: It is best to use a Mac or PC with Blackboard and Zoom if possible.  However, if you only have access to a Chromebook, please check out these important tips for using Zoom on your Chromebook.
